How It Works

PRICING: Custom murals, whether directly on the wall or printed on paper, are priced according to the job (size of project, subject matter, level of detail, printing substrate, etc.) Mural prices are determined once a concept has been agreed upon and solidified. Custom patterns, in-stock murals and wallpapers are based on square footage, ranging from $10-40 s/f, depending upon the substrate and detail required. Custom art pricing is determined by project.

CONCEPT: If you've got an image or an idea that you'd like to see transformed into a mural, a pattern or a piece of art, simply reach out via phone or email to discuss what you'd like to see. If you've got a very clear vision, or simply an idea that you want us to bring to life, we can accommodate you. For in stock murals, adjustments may be available to fit your specific room, for an additional cost.

MEASUREMENTS: For murals and wallpaper, the square footage of the room needs to be determined. This includes the full height and width of each wall and/or ceiling included in the project, ignoring doors and windows, to be added together for a project total. For the purposes of image placement, the location and size of doors and windows relative to the walls also needs to be included. We always go the extra mile to keep waste to a minimum, and will make allowances for large room openings, etc. when possible.

RENDERING: (Optional, but recommended) This is simply a less detailed version of what you want to see, to address the placement of imagery, and subject matter. Offered in either black and white or color, this will give you a general idea of what the finished mural, wallpaper or art will look like. For a non-refundable fee of $200-$500, (depending on the subject matter) the finished rendering will be sent to you via email as a .jpeg, and incudes an allowance of 3 minor changes to the rendering. Major changes will incur a further fee.
Once the final rendition is agreed upon, you will be sent an agreement form to sign. Upon receipt of the signed agreement, you will then receive a line item invoice for deposit, creation, printing, and installation (if applicable).
You will receive a separate invoice for each line item at the time of their completion.

CREATION: When the final rendition of the rendering is agreed upon, a 50% deposit will be due to get you on the schedule and and the work will commence according to your schedule placement and timeline. It takes an average of 8-10 weeks to reach the finished project. Changes made after the rendering agreement has been signed can incur extra charges. When the project is finished, you will be sent a .jpeg of the work for approval. If approved, the final 50% will be due at that time. Changes made at this point can also incur extra charges.

PRINTING: Once the final deposit for creation has been received, you will receive the invoice for printing. Upon receipt of payment, your project will be sent to the printers, and usually takes about 2 weeks. Depending on what's needed, the project will either be drop-shipped directly to your location, or to our facilities if we are doing the installation.
PREP AND INSTALLATION: We do offer expert custom installation services, no matter your location. Should you choose to use our services, simply let us know and you will receive a line item quote for installation, and any other charges for travel, etc., if necessary. Wall preparation should include grade 5 level primed walls, (primer color determined by us on a project-to-project basis) and removal of wall items such as sconces, mirrors, etc. If the trim in the room is to be a different color than the walls, please do this prior to our installation, with a 1" overpaint of the trim color onto the walls.
